Dr. Deluce provides comprehensive pregnancy care or, if desired, shared care along with your family doctor or midwife. Please have your family doctor or midwife forward a consultation request and our office will contact you to confirm an appointment date and time.

Delivering at Stratford General Hospital

The Maternal-Child Unit is located in the East Building on Level 2. The unit features 5 labour and delivery rooms, an operating room and a triage assessment area for women over 20 weeks gestation with a pregnancy related concern. Postpartum rooms are also located on the Maternal-Child unit. If you are unsure if you need to be assessed please call 519-272-8232.

Antenatal visits may take place either on the Maternal-Child unit or at the office located at 360 Huron St.

Prenatal classes are offered through Huron Perth Public Health.

  • Whooping Cough (Tdap) vaccine - vaccination again whooping cough provides protection for your newborn until they are old enough to receive the vaccine themselves. This needs to be arranged with your family doctor ideally between 21-32 weeks of pregnancy.
